Payments and Cancellation/Refund Policy

Low Season:

Full refund if you cancel your reservation up to 31days before your scheduled arrival.
80% refund if you cancel your reservation up to 30days before your scheduled arrival.
50% refund if you cancel your reservation up to 15 days before your scheduled arrival.
No refund will be affected for cancellations beyond the aforementioned time limits.
15% non-refundable.
In case of No show the down payment/full payment shall be automatically forfeited.

High and Peak seasons:

No full refund during peak season.
20% refund if you cancel your reservation up to 75 days before your scheduled arrival.
15% non-refundable
No refund will be affected for cancellations beyond the aforementioned Time limits.
